My current employer is cat-man-du, where I perform a large number of technology services, both for clients and internally.

Among external duties are general technical support on all types of systems and networks for all kinds of clients. I handle both business and home user accounts, maintaining Windows and Linux systems. I also build and repair client systems in-house, develop Linux-based servers, and produce the Linux-based components of the company's Asterisk-based VoIP PBX systems.

Internally, I do a lot of work on the infrastructure and websites. I maintain the assorted services that are powered by the Linux servers, slowly taking more away from the Windows servers. I maintain all of our web-based applications, with assistance on a couple of them from one of the other web developers.

I also recently took over handling of the company's press relations, writing recent press releases and news articles. I have also begun writing some marketing materials, including several white papers.
